This was a big weekend for Little James. He was baptised on Sunday. His Godparents are Andrew and Macey. They obviously couldn't be there, but we made due. It was a wonderful ceremony and as you can see, Little James had fun playing in the Holy Water. The pastor was fantastic and he even wore converse sneakers under his robes. He was a true Fairbanksien.

These pictures are from our exciting day trip to Murphy Dome which is a military satelite area that looks over all of Fairbanks. Believe it or not this happened to be Labor Day weekend. You can see what a "summer" we have had! We all enjoyed the trip and even had a picnic. It was a lot colder up there than we had expected and it even started hailing on us as we were loading up to leave. Imagine James racing to the car loaded down with a diaper bag, picnic supplies, and who else but Spencer, with me trailing behind with Bubbies wrapped up in a blanket laughing his head off!! It was quite the scene. It was a beautiful day!
